Goodvin Nerko & Helg Lugano are a creative tag team and a loving couple, forming a family of two artists.
Goodvin Nerko has lived in different cities and countries. Many years ago, he met Helg Lugano, and they became partners. Their creative journey started a little later in life. As Goodvin continued to develop his long-standing passion for illustration at the art academy, Helg initially took on a supportive role. Over time, he also became actively involved in the creative process, which led to the formation of this dynamic art duo. Goodvin & Helg currently reside in Spain, on the island of Tenerife.
Their work centers on the aesthetics of the male form, focusing on images of the naked body, portraits, and intimate, emotional interactions between figures. The couple's art also draws inspiration from nature, particularly the vibrant colors of the sea and sky. Many of their pieces, especially those in watercolor, evoke the feeling of a sunlit beach, with human forms emerging from the landscape, reflecting both sensuality and serenity.
Their artworks often feature the play of light and shadow, accentuating the curves and muscles of the male body. While watercolors are their primary medium, known for their vivid, fluid compositions, they also work with pencil and monochromatic tones, exploring themes of connection, vulnerability, and physical intimacy. In addition to watercolors, they occasionally use pencil, pastel, oil, and acrylic to further express their creative vision.

I start every post with this. The website does not convey the true colors of these prints. They are so much more vibrant and rich that I was almost totally floored when this one arrived! The water is such a beautiful deep blue color and the skin tone is is incredible. As with most of the work I have from the artist you can see his use of pencil outlines and the building of color, layer after layer until the final product. This can really be noticed in the subjects skin tones. Another absolutely beautiful piece of work! I got a call from the shop that is doing the framing of the artist’s work for me called to ask where it came from. I told him about Etsy as he already had the artist’s name from the prints.
